The Green House

This house is not right near the water. It is about 1000 feet from the sea but has direct access through our property to the sea. This house was just completed on the 23rd of December 2004 and everything in it is new. It has a new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker , blender, and color TV and new couch, loveseat and chair. This house has a full kitchen with all the dishes, pots and pans which you will need.

You can see the ocean from this house but you would not describe it as an ocean view. There is a large 8 foot x 28 foot deck which usually has a very nice breeze blowing. The location is somewhat secluded although you can see our house and the houses of our two sons. It is a short distance to the highway. It is quite quiet, bright airy and very comfortable. There is a parking area in case you decide to rent a car. This house is located part way up our hill which offers a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding hills.

We also have a room available under the Green House. It has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a small covered deck with a hammock and a table outside.

This house rents for $50 per night for a couple and $70 for three or more people plus 12% tax. Monthly rates are available upon request.
