The secluded island beachside home consists of a six-sided house adjacent to its twin cafe consisting of living room, dining room, kitchen,and porch. |

house sleeps eight with three double bedrooms and one twin, bunk bedroom;
two full baths with hot water. |

Fans are located throughout the house for additional ventilation.

dining room seats six people at the dining table and six people at the
bar. If you plan to cook in the well-stocked and large kitchen a small
fee is required for the cost of gas. |

The
living area is cozy with ample seating. Full louvered
windows provide ample ventilation and exquisite views. The covered porch
just off the living area has plenty of seating and the best views of the
island sunset over the beach and sea. A second bathroom is adjacent to
this porch. |

Enjoy
romantic sunsets each evening from the beach side cabana.

The best diving and snorkeling in Roatan is on the reef, which is a brief shallow swim from the beach. Dive shops are located just a few miles away in West End and buses are a breeze to catch. Dives are around $25 each or five for $105 or 10 dives for $200. INS and the Roatan Museum are one mile away, where you can swim with the dolphins, see daily dolphins shows, and discover the history of Roatan. Carambola Gardens, wind surfing, an Internet Cafe, and restaurant are close by. |

Rooms rent for $30 per night, $200 per week, or $600 per month. The house
rents for $700 per week and $1,800 per month. Reservations are complete when full payment is received within two weeks of arrival. No refunds are made under any circumstance. |
