Beautiful three bedroom villa in 109 acre historic Palmetto Bay Plantation on the private north coast of Roatan. Good ocean and sunset views from the decks. Cathedral ceilings and Spanish tile floors throughout. Trade wind breezes through the almost floor length jalousy windows. Air-conditioned master bedroom for the occassional warm nights. Two bathrooms, custom kitchen, covered front and back decks, three minute walk through private gardens on a boardwalk to 1-mile long white sand beach, the Palmetto beach front pool and Mama Adriana's Restaurant. Palmetto Bay was the site of the Temptation Island filming last year.

This villa rents for $790 per week and includes pick up and delivery to the airport and daily maid service.

Payment Policy For All Rentals: 25% due upon booking 25% 2 months in advance of arrival 25% 1 month in advance of arrival 25% upon arrival & refundable security deposit equal to weekly rental Advance rental payments are non-refundable and must be cashier's check.

Arrival payment and security deposit must be cashier's check, cash, or traveler's check only. No personal checks accepted. Rentals include daily maid service airport pickup, and bottled water for the first day and the basic household items (soap, etc.) for the entire rental period, cooks and guide available as additional charge.
