Dear others who love Roatan, No one has yet mentioned breakfast at Rudy's Coffee Stop. He has the best pancakes in the world and also the best Pineapple Smoothies. We eat breakfast there nearly every morning when we are on Roatan. For cocktails we go to Twisted Toucan because of the 2 for 1 cocktails from 4 - 7 pm and they are really delicious too. You can watch the sunset as you are sipping a Tequila Sunrise or any of your favorite cocktails. The character and charm of West End is without equal in all the places I've been in the world. And it is safe to walk up and down the street, too. Cindy's Island restaurant is outside,l right next to the street and across from the water and she has excellent seafood and good prices.
