One very small correction to Ron's interesting trip report to Roatan...,He states that "Loafer's" is owned by an American. It is owned by Erin Etches....His grandfather was Mr. John J. Wood, Mayor of Coxen Hole in times past, and his grand.mother is a wonderful person named Miss Catherine Wood. She has a heart of gold and owns and runs the old family store a few doors down west of Warrens. Erin's dad is an ex-Canadian named Bill Etches, and his mom, whom I have long considered one of the most intelligent people on Roatan, is Daine Wood-Etches. They are an old island family I am very proud to call my friends.
