Thanks one and all. We're just starting to explore this idea and are quite excited about the possibility. We've been to Costa Rica once and Belize twice. Had wonderful times each time we went. We also love to take a long horseback ride through the jungle/mountains and looks for birds and learn about the plants and such. Is there anyplace like that that someone can recommend?
