I would be interested in learning more about the Island to Island organization.
I think Steve's offer to put up photos, project updates and volunteer info is commendable.
I look forward to learning more about this.

Greetings to the newly subscribed people! I'm the list owner. There are 44 of us here now. Soon we will reach the critical mass needed to have the list a little more lively.
I know Bernadette and applaud her for what she is doing. As the project moves forward, I would be glad to put up photos and text of what's going on and a new Volunteering link on Roatanet.com. That may generate some more interest and donations.

Greetings to my fellow Roatan Lovers,
My name is Bernadette Ebanks and I am the co-founder of a non-profit org called Island to Island. We are in the process of trying to purchase a facility that would serve as a family resource center and a women's clinic. We are also currently sponsoring fifteen children to attend bilingual school in Roatan. I would like to use this list to help brainstorm ideas and collect feedback about anything pertaining to our project. We are seeking grants in the states to fund our project but are also trying to raise money locally. Please pass the word to fellow vacationers. This is a great way to give back to the people of Roatan. Sincerely, Bernadette Ebanks
