    I would tend to agree. Fantasy Island is not the place for nature lovers or
    those who want to get the true atmosphere of the island. It holds more
    appeal for Central American tourists who like the relatively luxurious
    rooms, air conditioning and color TV's. Those are things that most of us
    have plenty of at home. When I stayed there last they were dredging in
    front of the hotel and made a real racket and mess of the water. And they
    seem to have more than their fair share of sand flies as well, probably due
    to the artificial beach and sand bars they created.
