I have copied a picture of Cocoview from the site below and added comments. I hope this gives you a little persective on the resort. While large groups have some input as to were they would like to go, if you are going as a small group they will put you on a boat with others. On the positive side I have been to Cocoview 3 times and all of their sites are quite good (mostly walls). February is a great time to be there( or is it that your not up here?). Cocoview will have you do an inspection dive on sunday morning and you will be free to dive dunday afternoon.
