Throw a dart? LOL that IS cute, John. Really! And jes' about sums up the way things seem to work around here at times with new events. By jove I think he's got it! Things happen when they happen. Everyone so enjoyed the last Taste of Roatan we all suggested that Dian do it again soon. So she did! When there was another reason to get together, folks all got together did it again. The triathlon was the reason for another Taste of Roatan this time. Next time it could be a fishing tournament or the horse show--or just no reason at all. The turn out was excellent --more than twice what it was last time it seemed to us! So obviously it WAS a good time to do it again. We al love the Taste of Roatan Sundays! A feeding frenzy of the best kind! Also a great way to spend the afternoon with a bank, clown, and door prizes! We all turn out for it and eat till we can't! Then we get take home bags and go get more food! Maybe the triathlon will become an annual event so that folks who don't live here can make plans in advance--or maybe not. Can ask Sandra Sampayo who put this together about future plans--or Dian Lyn who does the Taste of Roatan. Write offline for E-mail on these folks if you'd like. My guess is they're still getting squared away from the past weekend right now. Is a TON of work to do this sort of thing.
