We stayed in Half Moon Bay Cabins for a week. Three star it ain't. It is a
friendly, clean and comfortable place to stay. They have a safe for your
valuables. The ceiling fan was enough to stay comfortable at night. The
food was good and reasonable. They supply snorkling equipment (take alcohol
swabs) and the bay is shallow. I watched an octopus hunt lunch within 20
feet of the dock while a lobster hid in a hole. Check their web site through
roatan.com. It is in easy walking distance to the village with many
    interesting shops and restaurants.

Be sure to talk to the people about the water taxi. It is a pleasent way to
    get around.
