Hi Paul, We were in Roatan the first week of March and visited the Hole in the Wall on Sunday for all you can eat steak and lobster. It was great - we had so much fun and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend it. We took the water taxi from Jonesville. You need to be there by 1:00pm to get a seat and they serve at about 3:00. We didn't stay around much after the meal because we wanted to travel back to West Bay in the daylight but there is some entertainment (singing) afterwards. We were lucky enough to be given a tour of their house which they built by hand themselves - very interesting. It is open other days of the week but the buffet is always on Sundays. I believe they close one day but I'm not sure which day. Hope this helps.
