You may want to make your way to Oak Ridge on Sunday morning, get a boat/taxi to Oak Ridge Key (about 4 min. ride). The service described by Judy sounds like it may be what you are looking for. (very nice Judy!) The same boatman will pick you up for the ride to the H. in the W. (about 20 min.) He will appear again, just when you feel the day is done, for the ride back to Oak Ridge. As you make your way back to where you are staying,the beautiful views at sunset, will fill you with wonderment, and you will be lit-up inside in amazement at all of his works.
