My 12 y.o. granddaughter and I just returned from Roatan. We stayed near
Foster's and Coconut II on West Bay. There are several resturants in West
Bay, my granddaughter's favorites were Neptuno's at Foster's and Bite On The
Beach just before Las Rocas. The beach is perfect for kids, no waves and
very little tide. Near the ironshore the reef is maybe 10 feet from shore
and there are lots of iguanas around. Also a few peacocks. You can get pizza
at several places in West End and the water taxi ride is a lot of fun.
