    Yes, a sanctuary sounds like it's needed ... for a lot of wildlife. And
    while I, too, need to wait for those lucky numbers to come up, perhaps
    someone already there, with the land and time, could start one soon(?).
    At
    least I'm months away from moving, not years.

    At least we're talking about the little "dears" and recognizing a problem
    is
    the first step toward resolving it.
