Timing is everything. Just yesterday I was going to see my accountant and the hallway was almost blocked with all the Avon boxes. I believe that one of the ladies in the Exprecco office is the main Avon Lady here on the island. They have regular Avon ladies, and also a showroom. I buy quite a bit from a friend who sells it, it is much cheaper than other kinds of imported health products (for example, US brand shampoo in the grocery is over 100 Lps, and often there is Avon shampoo for around 65. Imported cosmetics are usually insanely expensive, but you can get a few basics from Avon for about 50 Lps.) I assume that if they have it here, they can get it out to Roatan, although I'm not sure.
