HI I just returned from Roatan in July... Check out westbayvillage.com...these are wonderful beachfront homes !!! and since it is just two of you try to get the beachfront studio.... I love it...nothing between you and water but sand !!! The managers are claudio and emiliana....they are and have been living on the island for many many years...they have a wonderful home just behind the village up on the hills...They are truly very professional...and very honest and very knowledgeable about everything, every place and every one :-) You will adore them...
