    IvanGrowth...Good morning...I mentioned American Express because I have
    had
    far more experience with them as have the islanders. I have used Cooks in
    Central America once, but ran into more difficulty with them, especially
    in
    Costa Rica , but again I think that this was because the merchants etc had
    less experience with them.
