Boca folks, At the risk of taking flak for over promotion of Coral Beach Inn, I agree that would be the best fit for your needs for knowledgeable hosts with the ability to customize your stay.and spend some time answering questions and speaking from their expat experience. But I don't think they meet the one criteria of walking distance restauarants.
