    Steve: I do not have residency, but have had a bank account at three separate banks for
    years with no problem...both in Lempira as well as in U.S, Dollars. I would suggest people
    consider Banco Atlantida, and if you go to the one in French Harbour seen the mananger,
    Mrs. Nelson, and you will find her very helpful.
