    Hi Bill and Debbie.

If your Continental flight arrives at 11:30-ish ... you should have no problem getting to Roatan that afternoon. There are several local carriers - Sosa, Atlantic, Taca/Islena ... just check with any of these carriers upon your arrival in San Pedro Sula. Sosa (and I think Atlantic) have flights departing around 2:00 or 2:30.
Most flights from San Pedro stop in La Ceiba en route to Roatan, but it's usually a fairly quick stop. In any case, you should be in Roatan in time for supper!

As for your return ... Continental departure at 12:30 ... again, no problem. You can catch an early morning flight from Roatan, departing 7:00 or 8:00-ish. Again, the flight might stop in La Ceiba, but you'll still be in San Pedro Sula before 10:00 - probably earlier. We usually take an early AM flight (via Sosa), check our bags with AA and then go eat breakfast (not too bad) in the restaurant in the airport. The San Pedro Sula airport is a pretty nice airport.

    Enjoy!
    Sue
