Good afternoon list: A question please...a frind of mine and I are discussing exactly when the older analog cell phone service first reached Roatan or another way of saving this is when was cell phone service of any kind FIRST available. I can remember well that the entire island was by no means covered, but for the life of me I cannot remember what year we first had spotty service on the island. Can anyone else on the list tell us?
