Check with atinsurance.....hn(Arlee Thompson) Once mayor of Oakridge, he offered to do a wedding here for us for one of our American guests--saying it was NOT a big deal. But that marriage didn't come off. Also he is no longer the mayor, so I'm not sure if he can still do it. But if not, he'll know who can and how it's done. Hope this helps!
