LOL I can't answer that one in under a million words!
In short, the week before Easter is a holiday--places are closed--few folks work--the island is flooded with folks from the mainland and spring break folks from North America who come to party on the beach. Everyone hits the beach to have a good time! We've been told that to ask an employee to work this week you must pay double pay--so few do. Banks, gov offices, stores, most things are simply closed. I've been trying all day to get friends on the phone and get cut off in mid sentence over and over again.
So I'm headed back to the beach! That's where everyone is anyway!
