Group - I have purchased a lot of Caribbean RE. I always pay expenses ie. gas or boat. Maintains your independence and shows you have respect for the cost of doing biz especially on the first deal.No one likes being a free tour guide and I get much better service /interest if I at least offer. Usually ask for a credit back if significant purchase is made.This is only done after I have checked the RE agent out , as for the most part anyone can sell RE w/o a governing board or license thru out the Caribbean etc.RogerPS why doesn't someone ask about Dengue fever?
