Hi I'm new to the group and was hoping someone out here could help me. My wife, son and I are going down on 9/5/03 to look at property and house's. We are also looking at a shop there to buy to relocate full time. The question I have is about the private schools on the island for my son currrently in the 7th grade. I know there is one in French Harbor (Childrens Palace) and another in Coxens Hole I forgot the name. We are planning on visiting both. Has anyone here done this. Made the move with children and could shed some light on this subject for me. How were the schools and how did their children adjust to the new lifestyle. Is there a large number of other american children living on the island and going to the schools? We would welcome any advice on this because his education and also social life are a concern.
