Supposedly, all locals. Yesterday, the road from the airport to San Pedro was not safe. There was fighting between the police and the gangs going on. From what I heard, today it was OK. Word is that the gang members are fleeing to Guatemala and El Salvador. Anyone with a gang type tattoo is being rounded up and put in jail. If I find out anything more, I will let you know.
