Dave, I'm not 100 % sure, but my guess would be that the rafting was done on either the Rio Cangrejal or La Moskitia River from LaCeiba. And I would guess that the waterfall hike was in the Pico Bonito National Park, also just outside of LaCeiba on the mainland.
