Dave, The Rafting was done on the Rio Cangrejal and the Waterfall was in the Pico Bonito National Park which is just outside of La Ceiba. The La Ceiba area is home to some of Honduras best natural attractions. Rafting, hiking, kayaking, horse riding and overnight trips can be organised with local companies at very attractive prices into these areas.
