I have 13 teeth left, all in front, all my back teeth have been out for several years, is it possible I might not be able to adjust to dentures? I had partials made & was never able to wear them to eat.

It is the correct way to have dentures done by removing the last teeth
and then inserting the dentures immediately. It is very important to see
the dentist the next day and there will absolutely be adjustments to be
made over the next couple of weeks.Do not have the teeth out and then
wait to have the dentures made later. They will hurt more and you will
over time lose more of the supporting bone holding the dentures in.Hope
this helps Dr. Mark Rogers.DDS
