There should be no problem at all. Taxis pass the entrance to Anthony's Key all day long on their way to West End. I'm sure the desk at AKR will call one for you. Actually, it's only about a seven minute ride. Have a great time.
And to the gentleman who asked where the cruise ships dock; on the south side of the island, about a mile from the main town of Coxen Hole(west of town). If there is only one ship in, you disembark right on the pier, and after a short walk you will be in the midst of many lined-up taxis, people holding signs regarding tours, and makeshift souvenir and food stands.
