    Note for vacationers: When we traveled to the mainland and Roatan,
    we checked with AAA (Auto Assn) as members. I paid $16 for each of
    us for a $50,000 medical US air evacuation plan. This is value. If
    I understood the MedJetAsst site, short term with them is $169.
