David I've got a friend living in La Ceiba who is using his Visa Credit/Debit card to access his bank acount in the USA through Banco Atl=E1ntida. I don't know whether you can do the same thing with BGA (formerly Banchasa) or what the service charges are. My understanding is that to get any local credit or debit cards you have to have residency and local credit references.
