Now that we'er investing in a 2 bedroom house on the beach at sandy bay I've got a whole lot more question. For some of you other people can you help shed some light on the process of renting while we'er not in it. We have a caretaker who's going to take care of the cleaning and yard and meet and greet the people. This is also the woman we are buying from and she live next door. I'm woundering about insurance, ele. bills. Do you rent you homes fairly easy during the season, in all honesty do the home at least pay for themselves.
