I will be in Roatan this Friday and would like to collect live marine fish to transport to the States for my home aquarium. I'm inquiring what type of permits do I need, if any. Do I need to contact ministry of tourism for information or is there anyone out there who could help me with any information on collecting live marine specimens? Any information would be helpful.
