Hi there, I am not a scientist, but I have found something that really works for me "after" the bugs have gotten me. I apply hydrogen peroxide on cotton to my mosquito bites and sand flea bites. In no more than five minutes, the itch goes away and the swelling from the bites go down as well. Can't guarentee this for anyone else, but it sure works for me.
