Good evening: Let me back up Bruce's final recommendation...Bobbie Riemann as a honest & and quite good builder with much experience in remodeling...he also is quite a good musician as well! Pick up his CD. I have known Bobbie for many years since he first came to the island as a young prize fighter from, if memory serves, Chicago, and I too very strongly recommend Bobbie without reservations of anysort.
