    Hi!

I'm glad I found some other hydrogen peroxide fans. I practically pour it
all over my legs, let it dry and then apply a coat of calamine lotion(all
available in Roatan). Then let that dry, and while it is hardly a wonderful
sight to behold, it not only keeps me from itching and scratching, it also
keeps any future biters away. It will really cling to you; a regular shower
doesn't take it off--you more or less have to scrub it off. My vitamin B
worked pretty well the seven weeks I just spent there. The only two times I
got blitzed were when I was trying to use our satellite phone standing in
the sand in front of our house with no spray, etc. My husband got some
salve from a pharmacy that did soothe the itching pretty well.
