    Tony...good morning;
    Please give me some time to think this through, evaluate my earlier evaluations and such, and I will get back to you on this. You are right, I do not live full time on
    the island but do visit for research purposes and for vacations several times a year. To tell you the truth I am under the impression that our not living there full time
    and not being bogged down with the daily problems of doing so, allows us to see and appreciate (or not) the changes that others more close to them may take for granted or
    not even notice. When my wife retires we will be spending more time at La Casa Promesa, but it is currently impossible for us to manage.
