Tonight on ESPN, one of the sportsmen shows will feature Honduras and its waters, including Roatan. I believe the show is "Offshore Adventures" and it is during prime time. By accident, I caught the show last week, but didn't write down the name of it, and ESPN provides no descriptions. There are three sportsman shows tonight, but I think this is the one. On the show, they have traveled from Alaska, through the Panama canal. They left off last week at the Swan Islands (catching conch and diving) and will head west along the north coast of Honduras and stop at Roatan this week. The show's filming was good, and the theme of the show is around catching your own food and cooking it. They have a chef on board a gorgeous boat.....
