I managed to find the sportsman show that included a Roatan stop on ESPN
last night. It was the last in the Monday night "sportsman block", airing
at 9:30 pm on my cable on Roatan.

Though not watched by so many, it was a great showcase for the island.
The show started in Booby Caye (named for the birds that nest there) right
on the northeast corner of Honduras (east of Roatan). They then came to
Roatan. They indicated Roatan was largely a marine reserve (not true,
only a portion), and one of the top diving sites in the world. They met,
docked, and were shown around by Romeo, of Casa Romeo's. They snorkeled,
dove and showed the reef. They visited Blue Harbor Plantation -- Val and
Janna's hydroponics farm, and then went down the road in Mud Hole to a local
    cashew farm.

They visited Sherman Arch and the Iguana and Tarpon farms, and with great
shots of all. Then they visited West End, with shots of them drving past
the major landmarks there. They happened to rent a little yellow hatchback
that my family rented our first two weeks on the island.

They left Roatan and went spearfishing for grouper on the Swan Islands, then
caught (and released) sailfish on the way to Isla Mujeres (near Cancun).

The show concludes each week with a meal prepared from their catch and local
produce. This meal was grouper rolled in cashews with basil and herbs from
    Blue Harbor.

Hope some of you were able to catch this.
