It would probably be better not mention specific names, and locations. It sounds like this shipemnt might be being handled off manifest, and the customs agent may be performing an under the table favor, both actions are against Honduran law. There have been huge scandles, in Honduras, over just this kind of stuff. The parties involved may not want to be indentified, as they have been here.
The cost to have this trucked, from Amarateca, should be minimul, your contact their should be able to arrange transport.
