dhl, do you always go by initials? Do you have a grant writer? Every place has its own kind of problems and solutions. Property cost is driven by demand, planning rules help maintain prepay values, weather problems are reduced by improved productivity/ prefabrication. One of the first low cost housing/ innovative projects was Levittown, in NJ, I think it was. Central America / Roatan have their own set of problems, including weather, language, laws, labor, customs material prestige values, cultural differences. I've had designed rejected because the toilets faced Mecca. Tell us about your needs and available resources and I will try to help. Bruce | |
