Not to beat a dead horse but is it B-12 or B-Complex that I should be taking. Thank you for all your responses. I will definately be trying the b- vitamins and I may even throw in the garlic pills! I will also post to the effectiveness when I return 3/13.. Although who will be able to say what worked!
