| Subject: | [roatan] Would you visit Roatan with the current wave of crime? |
Hi! I have been following the Roatan message board for the past year. Besides the mention of petty theft I am shocked to have learned about the recent crimes occurring on Roatan. I spent March 2004 on Roatan and had one of the best and safest vacations of my life. There is not one complaint that I could tell you about. In fact I had such a great time I have decided to come back again this March. But now I am a bit concerned, should I be? I completely understand that nothing is ever the same from one day to another however is this really as serious as it sounds from the message board. Those of you who in my opinion are so fortunate to have a beautiful island to live on, would you spend your vacation on Roatan or would you make other plans? Thanks!
