    Good eveninh, Halli:
Your post made me a little sad. My wife and I have always loved Roatán in
March, and if all goes well we'll be there between the 13th and the 20th
of March again this year. Right now, right here on the Wake Forest
University campus, there is a lot of tension due to a masked man,
carrying a semi-automatic hand gun, breaking into the rooms of young
women. Many people are on high alert, and I admit I had this on my mind
after dark when I was carrying in the night's wood from the woodpile well
in back of our house. Does this mean I am going to stop buring firewood
and go back to oil, or perhaps bring the wood in before dark? Probably
not, but it does mean I am going to be more careful until this guy is
caught. What I am trying to say is if I were you I would go back to
Roatan as you have done before, but I would always think twice before I
put myself into an "iffy" situation, and I would be extra cautious in
isolated areas such as the beach when no one is about. Of course none of
this means you won't find yourself someday in trouble...even in a quiet
Univeristy community, but thinking ahead just might keep you out of
trouble that you might otherwise blissfully wander into. I do hope you
will return next month and will have a great vacation...your best ever!
    All the best...dke
