I searched archives in Tripadvisor and many hotels have "Vitamin B" capsules at the desk for the guests. I haven't found anyplace that actually gives a dosage. I did find a post that claimed taking vitamin b capsules and garlic capsules daily worked! I am just taking a B-Complex, as a recomendation from the local Pharmacist. Any specifics, on mgs. or exact b vitamin (1,6,12, etc) would be nice if you have it!
