I went fishing at Lake Yojoa about 3 months ago. I didnt catch
anything, but I had great time. If you go, bring your own pole and
bait. We only had hand lines at the resort. You can get a guide at
Agua Azul. Im sure if I had the proper equipment I would have caught
    something, I could see fish.
Agua Azul is old and quiant, but its nice if you like old cabins and
roughing it a bit. Good food, gorgeous scenery. Also check out the
local micro brewery around the other side of the Lake. I think its
called D&B. The locals can tell you where to find it. Its just a
    tiny restaurant and micro brewery.

I ate the talapia caught out of the lake, it was tasty.
