Hi, I wanted to get some opinions on how much we should budget for our 14 day trip in Roatan. We've already booked accomodations so I know that portion but I'm having trouble figuring out what to budget for food for that time and for any transporation. I've seen that for travellers cheques we should try to get American Express, is it difficult to convert these anywhere in the West End? Also, our flight back to San Pedro Sula Airport is at 6am on a Saturday, what is the best way to get from the West End to the airport on time for that flight.
