Subject: [roatan] Honorary Consul in Seattle?

I have information saying that certain legal documents for use in Honduras,
such as powers-of-attorney, can be validated by Honduran "honorary consuls"
in the U.S. (as well as at Honduran Consulates and the Honduran Embassy, of
course). There is an indication that there is one such "Honorary Consul" in
Seattle but I cannot find any current contact information. I was hoping that
somneone on the list from that area might be able to help me. -Tom
